CreditCardsMAtter.com back up for grabs

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This is using the affiliate script I bought from Coolblue23 on Dnforum.

The site had been sold for mid $x,xxx but the sale fell through on the site sale for creditcardsmatter.com mainly due to the site falling away on the search results on MSN.com from page one to page 17/18

However, the site is currently page 17/18 for the search term 'credit cards' with MSN.com and has over 35000 backlinks according to MArketleap.com

Refer to my original thread here
http://www.dnforum.com/showthread.php?t=99065
Revnue is not as high as previously stated due to fallin rankings. Adsense is down. HOwever it still getting over 100 visitors per day see and still receiving credit card confirmations every nine or ten days. MAde $80 in last 20 days. Has good links in from other credit card sites and also benefits from small adsesne revenue $2 - $4 per day.

Offers are now invited again for the site over $1000. There is no reason why the site can't get back up the rankings where it once was.

Any interest please post or pm.

STill unemployed and still needing to sell.

All offers considered.

Thanks

Are the links from link farms?

No! Not at all. Some links are from some of my sites and others are from sites I have developed links from.

such a site is credder.com which directs a lot of traffic the site's way. the link is on all pages of this site, also canmag.com, again lotsof traffic and on every page, wanadoo-edition.com - on every page.

Any other questions please ask.

I apologize if I was too blunt or if my question was inappropriate. What percentage of backlinks are yours? If purchased, how long will you retain those links?

What is a "good price"? And, what assurance is there that you won't sell your other sites?

So you have 35000 back links and 1/3 are from your sites.

So you have 11,000 or so pages within your sites linking back to this.

How many sites are all these pages on ?
Are they on the same or different IP's what PR do these sites and internal pages have ?

How old is this site ?
It is hard to believe this site has 35000 backlinks and a PR Zero
How does this work ? all backlinks have a PR0 ?
It's not banned so why PR0
( don't mean to be rude, just trying to learn )
Nice site, good luck with the sale.

It is quite easy to get good backlinks in quite quickly if you are prepared to put the hard yards in.

The site is PR0 because it was only active in April. As far as I know google has not made any updates to it's pagerank since then so as all sites start off it is currently PR0.

Now if it had been around for a year or so then the pr would be around 4 or 5 (in my opinion), however wait for the next google update and see what happens, it won't remain at zero for long.

Do some research on the sites that link to the site. My main site which i will not sell is www.wanadoo-edition.com,plenty of pagerank and loads of pages so the links will stay in place, differnet ip.

Hope this helps

thanks dude, the site is now on page eight and agthering pace, price is going up as the ranking rises, if it gets to page one then sale is off, as adsense will be generating $50 per day alone

Cheers

MSN is so flaky these days. Strange that it would go from page 1, to 18, to 9, etc..

HIghest offer $1500 so far.

Kenwx23 - please don't try to introduce any doubt to my post. Nobody can control wht the search engines do especially msn being so new and constantly being updated. CHeck the term credit cards out on msn over a 7 day period and see how much fluctuation there is with the first few pages.

The fact is the site dropped from the serps a few weeks ago as the msnalgo was updated and ow the site is climbing back up the charts. It's very simple and you can check for yourself where the site currently is at by searching yourself

BigJohn,

Don't be so paranoid, I wasn't introducing doubt into your post. I made a simple and true statement that MSN has been very flaky. Any time a search engine throws pages around in the rankings like that, it is generally considered pretty fickle.

Yes, they updated their algorithm. I have a few sites of my own, and it appears to me that the algorithm was updated such that numerous backlinks from the same site don't hold as much credence.

I also saw your site on both page 1 and page 2. Everyone here should know though that if it DOES jump in the SERPs back to page 1 or 2, this $1500 will look paltry compared to what the site is actually worth, but it works the other way as well..

Thanks for your positive reply. I just didn't want the post to deteriate into whether the site had high rankings. You and cool blue have backed me up with your comments confirming the first page listing. For the record it was first page for two weeks and before that on page two and three.

No harm done but the risk is there with any site that is being sold. It is up to the new owner to maintain a website and ensure revenues continue. One can only sell a site based on the facts at that time.

And I agree $1500 will seem a bargain if the site returns to former glory
