HIgh ranking for search term credit cards, business credit cards on MSN.com which is where most of the traffic has come from. Was number one listed earlier this week and has been first page msn.com all this month until yesterday where it is now page two position three for search term credit cards. This is a very competitive term (over 90 million results returned)

Description:
I bought the credit card site script from Cool Blue site back in late April. It is a database driven site with an admin backend to add new cards, delete, edite, administer google adsense, links, add featured listings. A

The site promotes credit card applications and derives its income from NCSreporting affiliate program and adsense.

In the last month the site has managed to get top listings at msn.com for people searching for credit cards. Therefore all traffic to this site has been organic and free. All revenue therefore to date has been pure profit.

11 approvals for June for $304 and adsense has tanked in the last week due to acheiving number one position back on Tuesday/ Wednesday and also being on the first page for most of June.

I need to sell the site as I have been made unemployed this week and will need the cash as I search for new employment.

I have based my asking price on the adsense revenue and approvals to date.

Conservatively the site will make $1300 this month. I have based this on acheiving another $100 in approvals which is more than realistic, and making another $300 or so with adsense which is also on the low side as it already has made $690 this month.

I realise the site is relatively new but the revenues speak for themselves and there is no reason why they shouldn't keep on coming in. I admit the listing has dropped with MSN.com but the traffic is still there and I will leave all links into the site from other sites i have in place for you for six months if you so wish.

I targeted MSN for high search listings as getting listed in gogle for a new site is virtually impossible. I can help with any seo after the sale if you so wish.

I am not asking for a ridiculously high monthly revenue multiple for the site because it is relatively new. It is a genuine sale and so I have priced it realistically at $6000 which is around 6 months revenue.

Please PM me if you are a genuine buyer and have more questions which are not answered here. I can be felxible with payment as long as I get paid. I will aslo install the site on your server if needed. Hosting is paid for until MArch next year so there is no rush to move it if you so wish.

Okay, I guess that's it.

Price: $ 6000 or make me an offer I can't refuse.

Genuine sale and must be sold
