what you are doing here its not good, what about people that working hard they have the slot you have and they can get beat from peoples that doesn't have the right for the name because of you? don't take me wrong but I think this is not fair, the peoples that has the slot to the names on pool that are the ones that they should partecipate to the auction.

Here, ethics in the Sheva's way.
As I understand, in Sheva's point of view, a customer should not give the right of bidding to non-customers because pool.com conducts an auction among only customers who backordered a domain. Your activity might break the rule of pool.com.
On the other hand, I couldn't find any obvious description of prohibiting your activity in the pool.com's terms and conditions. So, you may do it in your point of view.
