This is a name I would hold out on, and not be in a hurry to sell. Unless they offer you 100K right now, I would wait. The market for "cryo" products will start to peak in about 5 to 7 years...That is when you would want to sell. Meanwhile, I would get someone to advertise the page to make some money on it. Or lease it.

The dead people part is a very very small market. Freezing other stuff is much larger.
