Brandable name. Very 21st century. Best suited for something in the way of hot beverages such as coffee or tea.
Looks like the term "cuppa" is enough of a coined phrase to warrant an entry in thefreedictionary.com;

The origin says "Chiefly British", so I checked the name in the .co.uk TLD.
Nothing came up for the plural, but singular came up with something...

Besides being the site of a coffee and/or tea manufacturer/distributor, it could also be a good review site for the industry, assuming you were planning to build it yourself.
As for its value, I wouldn't appraise at any more than low $xxx on pure keyword value. It's slightly awkward given the plural, but can be worked around.
Where you're going to run into trouble monetizing this is with the value of the product. Positive reviews warranting a purchase can only result in a matter of a few dollars changing hands. The manufacturer that would benefit from this would have only a percentage of that in profit, and only a percentage of
that can be allocated towards advertising, such as on your website.
Bigger ticket items like furniture, computers, cameras, vacations and the like have much more room for promotional costs.
If I were you, I wouldn't invest too much time into shopping the name, nor too much money into renewing it.
