It's a fairly common term/phrase and google results are 2.6mill for 'current inventory'

I'm just not sure what it can be used for .. real estate, product inventory sell off site, autos?

70 hits on Overture, very very very low.
IMO, Google is equal to 0 in eyes of many experienced domainers, unless you have good traffic hitting the doors of your domain...
Then you can talk business.
