When I used to update the site everyday traffic was alot higher, getting 25k+, the money at that time was coming mainly from Casale Media and Fastclick. I was making from 3k to 4k from it. After that I added YPN and making 2k with that. But the traffic lowered so revenue is still consistant.

Im also in the first page for top keywords on google. Had better positions but lack of updates has taken me down a little on some keywords hence the traffic is lower.
some of the keywords are: msn emotions, msn display pictures, msn display pics, msn winks, msn names, msn blockchecker, etc.

No, I haven't had any problems because I have the word "msn" on the name. Never recieved anything.
By updating it everyday you can easily get traffic back up and the traffic that comes in performs really well as is brand new most of the times.
Site approval can be transfer to your casale and to your fastclick, NO ypn is not transferable.
Also, The site has We already have 24640 members! in which you could send newsletters to bring them back.
The site uses a massive CMS that will basically let you do anything, another thing, users SUBMIT A LOT of content to the site. Hence the big db of content.
