Go to live.com search for a product sold on Ebay (examples: Wii, Used Xbox, Ipod, etc). In the paid links you'll see one for Ebay "You may get 25% off with Paypal if eligible." Click through the link and search Ebay for cyv.org. Use your Paypal account and you'll see the rebate link for 25% off.
