Austin Andrew & Paul C.
I'd like to echo what Dan Warner with Fabulous.com at TRAFFIC stated yesterday. He talked about valuation of domain names. Dan made a great point by saying that the value of your domain name should be determined NOT by the traffic the domain gets but by what the domain name says.
Dan informs us that longer domains such as SanJoseComputers.com are good names with good resale value. He further stated that the value of such a domain name may be a lot higher for a person in the computer business located in San Jose, California than someone wanting to buy it for traffic business.
Therefore, with respect to stats involving my portfolio, they each receive 5-125 uniques per month....as time unfolds the type-in stats will increase as these technologies (i.e. MobileTVClips) emerge.
For instance, FreeTVCellphones.com receives 15-20 uniques per month, but how many TVCellphones do you see today?... just a handful.....but millions of TVCellphones & MobileTV will flood the global streets starting this year, thus increasing the values of domains relating to MobileTV & TVCellphones.
