You are offering on USARealtyservices.com, a pr 3 domain name aged since 2000, with over 6,000 links tracing back to it.
The website was once a top 3 google domain for dallas homes for sale, dallas homes, and maybe 50 other keywords. Right now it sits near the top of page 2 for several huge dallas real estate keywords. It still receives 2-3 real estate leads daily. Once it gets to page one again, (which can be done quite easily), then you will see 10+ leads daily.
The website operates on an idx system, and top producer. The leads are automatically emailed 6-8 pre-written follow up emails. However, lately I have been busy with my own real estate investing, etc, that I do not have the time to call the leads every day and havent been in quite some time.
The system typcially works on a 1 out of 35 basis, for every 35 leads you get, you will close on one deal. The average deal is about $220,000 so just over $6,000 per 35 leads if your doing a 3% commission.
