Realtor is a trade mark and they do enforce it.

Most re-sellers don't buy them.

End user it is a good name if they are a realtor in Dallas

Agreed with stock_post. You better be a licensed realtor or be selling it to one (quickly). Worthless otherwise.

You can keep the name if you are planning to become a Realtor.
I can buy it - MY brother is a realtor.
They don't let you use for any other purpose.

No really correct, a licensed Realtor and NAR members can not use the name with the word in it unless their state license and licensed firm name contains the word.

Sorry, due to the trademark I have to say no value.

yes, i actually do use the name, yes i made the site, and yes I am a realtor. The thing is, I am from Dallas. My name is Austin, legally... however, my whole life people have always called me Dallas as kind of a joke because my other name is a city in Texas but i live in Dallas.

I was contacted by NAR that I can not use the trademark of Realtor in the domain name as a geographical location. However, my question is, if I change the content of the website and make it work for my name "dallas" would that be ok? If I say im "Dallas" the Realtor, as this is a nickname ive gone by my entire life... Please let me know if anyone has any clue on this matter...
