These people may re-offer or I may go back and negotiate with these individuals if the buy it now is not met.

No problem on my end think....as I told you in my reply I worked a graveyard and set my alarm to get up in time...I guess I was just not thinking clearly (or quickly) enough. You did try and let me know what was going on.
