I have decided to set a BIN on this website/domain
This is a custom lead generation website with custom video. Video alone almost exceeds the asking price.
The asking price is very low at $2500

I have other valuable 'debt/finanacial' names that I would consider letting go. Most 10 years as well. Some names such as DebtNegotiators.org and similar. Some are .com as well.
I don't have i-rating as someone previously pointed out... but have a solid verifiable track record of my own private sales over the last several years. I have never sold a name for less than $1k, most are several thousand dollar sales.
