I own the website DebtAssistanceClinic.com - clearly not an optimal domain name. I had several pages of content created for DebtCollectors.com before I sold that one, and I used the articles for this made up name, and the site has been live for around a year. Earlier this year, I bought the much stronger keyword domain name, DebtManagementTips.com off of a drop auction at Snapnames.
I just decided that I am going to do the smart thing and launch DebtManagementTips.com using the content from DebtAssistanceClinic.com and set up 301 redirects to the new site, as the old site has a PR of 2 and has been live for a year. I just happen to think that DebtManagementTips.com is a much better phrase that is actually searched rather than a made up term I used as a development experiment.
I figure I would offer these two names along with the content and the idea behind the site in case someone else wants to do what I plan to do instead, saving me the time and effort. Perhaps you already have some debt related domain names and these names can enhance your portfolio?
The BIN price for DebtManagementTips.com, DebtAssistanceClinic.com, and the content is just $2,500. I will also throw in the template I began using on the home page of DebtManagementTips.com before some other business called my attention away.
This offer is valid until Monday morning, as I will be headed to Amsterdam later on in the day and will use the flight time to finish up the site if it doesn't sell. First person to post "SOLD" will get the domain names and content (multi venue post).
Just as an FYI, DebtAssistanceClinic.com received just under 500 unique visits in the last year and made $23+ in revenue. As a caveat, it may have some PR or traffic because it's linked in the "Top Notch Domains" page found on the bottom of some of my sites, but since they all basically reside on the same 2 servers, I am sure Google is smart enough not to give those links much credit. I just wanted to give you a disclaimer to be fair.
