Deciding on a domain transfer/payment service

Can anyone recommend a reputable marketplace for a domain sale? The buyer and seller have decided to use a middleman (not just an escrow, but a domain marketplace that will allow the buyer to "click" to buy the domain for simplicity and accounting reasons) and are looking for the following features:

1) Reasonable commissions
2) Ability for the seller to get payment via a mailed check (once transfer is complete), preferably with no extra fees
3) Not dealing with tax forms, like 1099s etc (both buyer and seller are in the U.S.)

Any feedback is appreciated

Sedo can send out a check and the seller can set purchasing options on the domain to "Buy Now".


All the buyer would have to do is "click" the (BIN) button and follow thru with the process.

imo....
