I've been doing this 11 years... closing in on 12 years.
In the early years, if you asked for an appraisal, you'd get a range from $0 to $1MM.
Today, we have such tremendous information.
It gets more difficult to pinpoint when we are talking about single-word, generic brands.
All the feedback (and any to come) much appreciated.
