Demodex mites are the #1 cause for acne, noone really knows it, they all think acne is caused by imbalanced hormones, etc. when 99% of the time it is caused by the demodex mites on your face, these are little mites that normally live in your face, but when in puberty the oil around your face increases and these mites like to feed on them and in return you get PIMPLES and ACNE from the infection caused by these mites living inside the hairs on your face!
