Denver.com Sold for Seven Figures

Boulevards New Media Inc. sold Denver.com in a “seven figure transaction.” The buyer is Denver businessman Peter Niederman, CEO of Kentwood Real Estate, who also recently bought Boulder.com. His company also owns and operates DenverRealEstate.com.

Peter is a real decent guy and should do well. Being in Colorado, I am all for the Colorado domain people and he and I have done business before.
His Boulder.com is doing well and so is his real estate business. Congatulations on this buy.

Considering Melbourne.com was sold for 700K a few years ago, Denver.com for 7 figure is a great sale for the seller..... is it a new market value for pure geo .com value (I definitely hope so)?
