you don't have a lot of links to your site? Is there one site that's giving you that PR? And do you own it?

To be honest, I have no idea where the PR came from.

Heres what i DO know:

- Receives an average 700 Uniques a month.
- has about 6,800 pages still indexed by google (see here)

I have updated the first post with this info.

those threads are from a forum on that site. It no longer exists. That means on the next update google won't have those pages indexed...and may drop the PR.

That forum has not existed for 'several google updates', and the domain has also been parked.

While being parked, the PR has actually gone up from a PR4 to a PR5.

The forum still actually exists - the domain is just parked.

If it would help you, I will also include the forum (content not license).
That way, the links would be valid, and not possibly be dropped by google on the next update.

Can you share how many users and posts are in the forum? How long ago was the forum up?

sorry, but the pr isnt real, is comes from globalfusion.com.au look at this

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&...ignerfusion.com

greets
tog

Ok, so the PR comes from one site (dont know how a PR5 page makes another PR5.. but anyway)

How does this make it 'fake' PR?

Would that not mean that the buyer will then be guaranteed high PR?

FREE PR5 LINKS in other words.

Next time - Dont go slinging mud around.

fake pr drop with the next update... its possible that its fake pr because u registered as c-name and not as an own account or dns or it runs in a frame of ur real pr5. i dont know. without www it has a real pr2 and a shown pr5 and no index in google. u can try to give it a real pr again (should be 3 or 4) if u give it an own account with real dns and some textlinks from ur pr5 page. dead links trough dead db arnt also good for it, better is to delete all files end rederict the traffic to whatever u whant :D

Ok. Firstly, please get your facts straight before you come in swinging and accusing.

you say:
its possible that its fake pr...

Unless you are 100% sure of your facts, please do not come and try to 'slag off' my thread.

designerfusion.com only has a PR2 because the strong linkback is to www.designerfusion.com (PR5).

In addition:
- There are no dead links
- The database is active & alive and well.
- DesignerFusion.com is hosted on its OWN account.
- The 'text link' supplying the PR5 (previously PR4) is in fact already in place.

Although you have already done irrepairable damage to this thread, I will be asking the mods or Adam to remove your damaging posts.

Not quite sure what you mean there...

the only redirection was from the main domain (designerfusion.com) to the forums location (designerfusion.com/forums)

Main domain wasnt redirected, it was in fact parked @ sedo.

Then it was parked @ GoldKey.

Now, in response to this sale, I have 're-activated' the forum, so ALL links are now valid once more.

I am also about to install a new 'skin' which will be included with the sale at no extra cost.

I might also add, that I am beginning to grow fond of this domain once more...

so if you want it - i would reccomend the BIN price.

;)
