I find that hard to believe, after all, you are the one who said "Hey, if you give him a low appraisal, maybe he will sell it for less" in _Yakov's_ thread after he commented on your lowball appraisal.

I will give you the benefit of the doubt, but telling me to mind my own business doesn't help. Consider this your last warning, and that's from admin, not me.
