Detagged UK Domains

Are there any ways to find out when a detagged UK domain will be available to register again?

I have contacted Nominet and they say they have no information regarding the domain in question such as contact info so I cannot make an offer to the owner.

A domain has to have a suspended satus to drop (90 to 97 days after)

Detagged just means no tag holder is assigned to the domain
