SurfBoom.Com is a three month old general internet directory which runs on phpld. Directory has 750 categories and close to 4000 submitted links. Surf Boom is growing and getting popular at a rapid rate with over 50 new site submissions per day. The site design is based on a slightly customized phpld template optimized for search engines. Site currently gets close to 200-400 visitors and 600-1000 pageviews a day. Current traffic is generated through direct visits, bookmarks, forum posts, links from directories and other sites, signatures, and word of mouth. I had the site submitted to over 500 directories by a professional submission service. I also spent a low $xxx amount to sponsor a phpld template which will have links to surfboom at the footer through all sites' which use that template. Adsense has been generating around $1-$2 per day on average. Interested parties can request adsense stats via PM. You can also easily make more money by selling featured and sponsored links as well as sitewide text links since the site is a PR4. I never tried selling links or spent anything on properly advertising the site due to lack of time. With a bit of an effort, this directory can turn into a nice money maker.
Looking for offers over $600 with BIN set at $750. 12 months of hosting will be included with the site free of charge. Further hosting can be arranged if required. Domain is registered at Moniker and come with a free push.
