WebmasterStreet.Com - http://www.webmasterstreet.com - Webmaster Directory
WebmasterStreet is a 4 month old, PR5 webmaster directory which runs on an old version of radlinks directory script with a customized design. Script features a strong admin panel to manage all aspects of the site including categories, added sites, users, ads, pages, links and much more including a newsletter feature where you can contact all webmasters who submitted their sites to the directory. As well as the directory, the site also features a free webmaster tools section and community forums. The forum section is directed to my old webmaster forum (webmasterforum.cc) however I have already sold webmasterforum.cc and you can use WebmasterStreet's own forum section available at http://www.webmasterstreet.com/forum which also has a custom design. Leased license will be included if the site is sold at the BIN price. Site is currently hosted on my own servers under a small hosting account and uses less then 500 MB space and 10 GB traffic a month.
WebmasterStreet receives around 100+ visitors and 300-500 impressions per day. Site gets good traffic from MSN and ranks well with various keywords and phrases under different search engines. Although the site is PR5 with a link popularity of around 6.678 according to marketleap.com, Google is yet to index the site. I contacted them about the issue after the pagerank update and I am sure they will index the site within a couple of weeks as well. Other then search engines, rest of the traffic is from direct visits/bookmarks, links, internal network sites, signatures, forum posts and word of mouth. I had the site submitted to 300+ directories back when it was first setup through a submission service but that has been the only promotion done for the site since then. The site currently has over 2800 hand submitted sites with a submission rate of 3-10 submissions per day. Traffic and referrer stats are available below ;

I have been using Google adsense since April and it has been generating around $1-$2 per day with no optimization and rather ordinary ad placing. Revenue screenshots for the past months can be sent to interested parties via PM. Since the site now has PR5, you can also charge for site submissions or featured placements.
Looking for offers over $750 with BIN set at $1500. 12 months of hosting will be included with the sale free of charge. Further hosting can be arranged if required. You can also transfer the site to your server as you like. Domain is registered at NameCheap and come with a free push. Payment preferred via Paypal/Neteller.
