closed Developed Website Appraisal Please!

I need an Appraisal for a developed website that gets traffic, the website is dynamic-ip.info and the new owner will get full exclusive copyright over everything at the site (its a free script site)

The top 5 countries the traffic comes from is: US, EU, UK, Sweden, Australia as you can see at: http://www.dynamic-ip.info/stats2.gif

Also if your wondering the traffic comes from sites that we are listed at like hotscripts and also sites that link back to us as you can see at: http://www.dynamic-ip.info/stats3.gif

The site is also listed at alot of major search engines!
So... How much do you think this site including everything is worth?

O, and also the site has a Google PR of 3 except the http://www.dynamic-ip.info/scripts.php page which has a Google PR of 4. Any other appraisels?
