www.F*ckfinals.com was originally started as just a funny humor and media site but I just kept added adult material to it because I didn't have time to look for anything else.

I bought the site 2 months ago, when it was averaging $250 a month. It is now averaging $500 a month.

You can easily turn this back into a regular media site like collegehumor by deleting the porn I have added. In fact if you search all the videos I added a month or two ago you will see what I mean.

I am looking for a quick BIN as I am a full time student and do not have time to manage this website.

You have to add it yourself, or you can just link to other videos from other sites as I do most of the time (called plugs) and then the other sites return the traffic back to yours.

Is the script custom coded or a purchased script. If the latter, is it encoded?

Last, but not least, you mentioned private ad sales. Were these to your Mum or anyone else connected to you and are they continuous, or a one off.

If you go to the site, you will see my friends list on the right. Those are all link exchanges. This is a purchased script, but it has been modified. The design is custom. Sorry, the BIN is $7k. It is listed for sale on auction at s*itepoint.com (just remove the *). These ad sales are also visible on the site (125x125 ads). They are to various sites. I will show new owner all the details, where I get my customers, etc...
