Offers Developed Website of PR6 Urgently Wanted

For my latest project I'm seeking an existing developed website, with a decent number of incoming links (hence the PR6 requirement, which usually signifies this).

I have a very good budget for the right site.

I'm not looking for a turnkey, or a recently expired/re-registered domain.... but a legitimate up and running site.

Income and traffic are not pre-requisites, as really I want to use the site as a base and take it forward myself in these respects.
