Pinot Gris is the top selling white wine in the U.S. after Chardonnay. I have decided to put my website www.pinotgris.net up for sale. It comes loaded with great ORIGINAL content, and also comes up #3 on a google search for Pinot Gris (out of over 2 million sites).

I don't have a lot of traffic figures for this site because I just moved to a new host, but the site has received 166 hits in the last 7 days according to adsense.
I have also recently submitted this site to a number of PR5+ directories. Current PR for www.pinotgris.net is 3, although that could change considerably with the next Pagerank toolbar update.

The domain is probably worth mid-xxx on its own, not to mention the google ranking and traffic.

Asking price lowered to $450 (This will be the only price decrease).

June traffic was pretty low...
130 hits w/ no revenue

July traffic...so far...
224 hits, 2 clicks $0.71 total revenue. I expect these numbers to increase quite a bit in the coming weeks.

Also, I have an interested buyer who says they are going to send a partial payment in the next few hours. If anyone is interested in purchasing this site - better move fast!

Not only does it have the #3 slot on google for Pinot Gris, but also #3 on yahoo, and #1 and #2 on splatsearch.com, and #1 on jayde.com

It would be a great way to get into the wine niche - great keywords.
