What is TheRandomizer?
Its an affiliate management script which is MLM in nature. However the website itself is not MLM in nature. Neither this website nor any turnkey websites produced by the script ever had any issues because of MLM nature of the business model.
What does the script do?
This script allows you to start a fully featured turnkey affiliate system. New members make 3 payments, 2 of which go to existing members and 1 to the admin, in order to sign up. The script is one of the best in the industry with many features. It was originally developed by a member at DNF and I purchased it two years back. I added more features to the script after takeover.
What is included
The domain, the website, full rights to the script, all source files, flash headers, phpBB forum with ~2000 members and 3000 posts. The site including the forums is S.E friendly. There is a client area in the site where members can login and download the script, check/upgrade license etc. The site design is original and was done by a reputed DNF member.
The script has a licensing system. You can cancel any license and the script hosted with that license becomes unusable.
The site also has an affiliate system which is custom coded, however I never completed the admin back end so you must check affiliate sale in the database directly.
Many clients sign up for our hosting as well, so that is an additional monthly revenue source. We added more than 30 hosting client in last 1 year alone. You can check the hosting packages at http://www.therandomizer.net/hosting.php
The site ranks in top 5 at google for most of the keywords in its market. PM me if you want a detailed list of keywords and position.
The site is submitted to the popular directories including DMOZ, hotscripts, bigwebmaster and many other free and paid listings. All submission fees were one time and are already paid. There is no monthly cost associated with running this website except hosting fee.
New visitors come from search engine and from "powered by" links in the script.

Avg Monthly Revenue : $1267 (approx) based on last 17 months revenue .
I ran adsense on this site for few months and it averaged ~$50 every month. I removed adsense from the main site and later from the forums since the income wasn't much. This revenue is not included in about statistics.
The backend database has names, addresses (if provided), email ids of all the members who purchased the script. There are more than 425 names in this list. This member base can be targeted to promote another script. I have never emailed any members with any promotional material but the list is highly targeted.
The script's admin area has a news flashing system which pulls news from therandomizer.net. This space can be targeted as well. Currently the script is installed on more than 950 domain names. I used this space only to flash upgrades information.
The site sells reseller license to the script in which the script is branded in reseller's company name. The reseller can generate unlimited licenses and can sell the script for any price greater than $49. Their status must be maintained by the new owner. The single license holders are eligible for lifetime upgrades and their status must also be maintained. You may however charge monthly/annual fee to new members in order for them to receive updates.

Why Am I selling it?
I have developed and maintained this website for around 2 years now. I purchased it from a member at DNF who is now a moderator too
. I want to do something different now. I have started a server administration and remote support business and most of my time goes in that. This leaves me with very little time for this website. So less that I find it hard to process the new orders that come in. I get pre-sales enquiries which remain unanswered for 24-72 hours. I realized its best to sell the site to someone who has time to support the new and existing members.
I have many ideas which I wanted to implement in this script. I can share these ideas with the next owner.
How many emails do I receive everyday related to this site?
I don't have the exact figures, but its usually between 4 to 5 emails every week. The site does not take much time may be 15 to 45 mins daily to answer support emails, browse the forums, process new orders etc. For e.g., in the last 3 days there were no support emails and 1 pre-sale enquiry.
There is an FAQ section, an installation guide and a forum with ~3000 posts which covers almost all support issues.
After Sale Support?
Yes, very much included. I will answer any support question on your behalf till the time you are comfortable doing it yourself. There is no time period that this type of support will continue however I would expect that you take over almost all operations in 15-25 days of purchase. Even after this period, if you receive a support question which you are not sure how to answer, I would be glad to answer it for you.
I will also assist you to transfer the complete site to your server. You may continue to host this website on my server for as long as you want provided the bandwidth/disk space requirements don't shoot up drastically.
You need not be a techie to run this website. The issues that members usually have is related to license which can be reset from the backend database. If you are comfortable installing php scripts using a web installer (like phpBB, wordpress, vBulletin, osTicket etc) then you should not have any problems with installing/supporting this script as well.
Asking price?
$15,000 Minimum. $25,000 BIN. Price will not be the only factor when selling this website. I may sell the site to a lower offer (of course meeting the minimum price) if I feel that the new owner will take care of the site better. Support to existing site members is my prime concern, in fact the very reason I am considering selling this website.
