Description:
I am selling TorrentHut.com because I do not have the time to work on it. I have roughly 30 developed sites and 4 dedicated servers, and this one has just been sitting around and I've done nothing to it.

The sit itself gets a fairly decent amount of search engine traffic. The site is very similar to torrentspy.com, which is a massive torrent site, in the fact that my site has a series of crawlers that run daily to update the torrents list (crawls from torrent trackers).
Now, this is actually a very profitable site if you have the time. It is NOT illegal, because the site does not actually host the torrent trackers, but rather shows users where to find them. Torrentspy does the same thing, and has been online for more than 2 years.

For those of you that are interested, I have received a complaint from microsoft, trying to scare me to shut down the site, but it is apparent this is not illegal. They then sent a message to my DC, who asked me to remove the site because they do not want to go through the hassle of going into a legal battle with microsoft, even though I am doing nothing illegal.

I will inform the winner of which datacenter torrentspy.com uses, so they can get a server there as well in order to avoid any legal complaints (That data center apparently ignores requests such as the one microsoft made).

Now, the site has been offline for about a month, because my host asked me to remove it, and that explains the 0 traffic. I have turned it back on for the past few days so people can see it functioning, and it is still getting a fairly decent amount of SE traffic.

Now, I only want to really just recover what I spent on it, as this was obviously a project I had done and didnt have the time to develop.

All traffic can be seen at http://www.torrenthut.com/sale

Starting bid: $200
BIN: $2000

Please pm or post any questions or concerns

Revenue Details:
The site has some revenue obviously, but I really dont think that is important in the sale, because I never tried to monetize it yet, I was planning to just build up the traffic first.
