Did anyone find a really cheap .eu registrar?

I have found

worldeu.com = 10.99, I don't trust them much, dns control yes
active24.nl = 14.90, dns don't know
networking4all = 11.31, dns control yes
strato = free, first year, no dns control, even can't change it by emailing, weird

All prices are including VAT and in euro

so does anyone know of an cheaper one?
