I live in Northern California (DS is in So. Cal) and I have not received my check as of Jan 5 mail delivery.
An Update:
I spoke with one of the support people at DS on another matter. He mentioned that, in spite of DS saying checks were actually being mailed on 12/30/05, they were mailed yesterday (1/5/06) and today.
