Simply put, I am looking to sell my diet blog to move into a new niche. I've put countless hours of work into the site and it is already off to a really great start. With a little love it could be a very good marketing tool for someone in the diet/health niche. Site has not been monetized yet besides messing with adsense recently.
The traffic below has been with very little active posting recently. If posting were to pickup to say 3 posts a week the site could skyrocket quickly. I think the Google panda update also really helped the site because traffic levels picked up significantly out of the blue in December.
Here is an example of one of my most popular posts. It has generated almost 200,000 views on stumbleupon and has over 200 likes. It generates a significant amount of social and organic traffic. http://www.stumbleupon.com/url/www.dietminded.com/100-tips-on-how-to-lose-weight-fast/
I also have around 15-20 high-quality blog posts ready to be published which could provide you with time to get situated with the site and still be posting actively.
