current high bid is $350 but considering there's about $200 in commercial scripts and templates, I am looking for atleast twice that or BIN of $1250.

It is very well thought out in the backend and very easy to maintain, traffic is only about 20-35 uniques a day but with some love and tender, that would absolutely jump.
