Just purchased DiggNews.com from TDNAM for $5 + renewal fee, it will be delivered to me after two weeks.

Any thoughts on this domain? :focus:

"digg news" has no OVT so i dont really see you getting any type-in traffic.

Also you can't avoid the TM, because digg is a news service... It's like saying McDonaldsFood.com wouldn't be an infringment, because they only have a TM for McDonalds...

Yes, TM issue is a prob, but I have no intention to develop it as the same style as Digg.com, so it could be avoided. I have emailed Digg.com.

If it was just dignews without the second 'g' then maybe some value but as it is, it's just far too close to digg. Considering the bulk of digg activity is from news stories this one is just to much of a blatant copy to be worth anything more than just handing it over to the original. And if they TM'ed their biz you will be doing that anyways.
