Well, first of all, you guys have been great, so i will transfer all the html and stuff over to your host for you (if you like, i mean you guys are probably pros and dont need me to do it) even if the price does not move anywhere.

As for the "Buy Now" price, i will set it. The way it works is just like eBay, first bidder to accept the buy now price takes it with no offers accepted after that. 'Buy now' can be executed at any time. All agree? - i will only do this if you ALL agree to is. If at least one participant is against it i will not do this. I just want you guys to be happy with this. I already got the price i required at minimum in order not to shoot myself over it.
