Dikdok.com is basically a skateboard site - all text is unique. Further is the design and flash player unique. The site has been internally SEO'ed, but needs related backlinks. It's present time a PR3.

Revenue is close to nothing at present time - it receives about 300 unique visitors per month from Google.

The sale is based on the unique design, flash player, unique CMS and unique text. All functions can be controlled by the back-end/CMS.
