Guess it's a fake cuz the poster wrote it in english alhtough he's from the netherlands - guess if he would talk to his lady he'd do that in dutch.
If it's for real - wonder if that's starting a new trend?
Should i even reg ebaydevorce.com ? :D

Nice marketing angle...

Much more effective than saying "Hey, look at all my listings!", and its VIRAL!

You get voyeurism throw in to make it sound interesting.

Smart cookie. He could serialize it too... until people catch on.

I like this one better:
http://www.allmylifeforsale.com

He got a good book out of it.

 LOL Some people are just naturally born marketing wizzards - what an imagination! The Dutch guy divorcing his wife in English is a riot (How he has time to work - support 8 kids, sell a truck load of stuff on ebay plus post fake divorce notices as sales gimmicks is beyond me) - and Nexus your link is a blast! To what lengths some Ebayers will go is totally mind boggling!

It reminds me on the current political & war propaganda or "how to sell a war".
The guy learned a lot from it.
