Straight to the point, I am selling this website because I have very little time to do anything with it. This is genuinely established as it has a about 80-130 unique visits a day and about 1000-1800 hits/day. (37,000+ hits last month)
The site has sold hundreds of plans and currently makes over $170 per month of total revenue. The site is a 100% automated

I have had a few PM's asking the same thing, so here is some more info.
1. Most of the traffic comes through search engines and other sites such as woodworking directories. We do not spend any $ on advertising at all. The keywords on the auction page are the most common ones that direct visitors to our site. The traffic will not disappear after the sale.
2. The "not having any time to run it" issue is more to do with the fact I will be going overseas for a while and any wont be able to deal with any "support" related questions about the plans or problems in people having technical issues with paypal or something. This is rare, but happens every now and then. I also need the money for the trip!
3. I will not be selling any other copies of the site, this is the only one I have.
