Are you suppsoed to source a missing dll at this site? that sounds like a hacker's delight.

Yes, I intend to develop the site, actually busy with it, in supplying missing DLL files.

I agree with you about the hacker's delight, but for serious webmasters it is not worth it to distribute harmful files and get your website tagged in Google and loosing traffic.
