Do any domain reseller account support an international system?

Can anyone advise regarding translated/international domain reseller accounts?

By this I mean a translated version of the upfront store to better suit international customers of choice.

It looks like neither Wild West nor Enom have this feature.

Does anyone know of any prominent resellers that are internationally targeted in a different language?
