Do domains with Noun + State Abbreviation have value?

If you had a .com domain such as

doctors
dentists
realtors
lawyers
salons


along with a state abbreviation, AZ, AK, OH, etc

i.e. salonsOH or dentistsAZ .com

I'm sure it depends on the noun but in general are these considered good geo domains?

I don't have any of these mentioned above, just asking for one I do have that can't post about :)

how would they have value?

as is, "salonoh" means nothing

you would have to register them and make web directories using the state and subject as keywords to bring value there.

Famous cities + nouns might make sense.

e.g
