do i register domians in both english and foreign language versions

Hi, I have been asked to register a domain in several non-english speaking countries around the world. my question is, do i register both the english name for each country i.e. dnforum.fr and that countries language version of that domain.

the client has a three (english) word domain but wants to build the brand in several markets.

any advice is appreciated.
