Do I understand this correctly?

Suppose I own a domain. And I want to monetize it via the PPC feed route. What are my choices?

1) Park it with one of the "monetization" companies like Sedo or NameDrive? They all seem to require that I change nameservers to their nameservers, correct? In that case, they would take care of hosting and would provide the PPC feed as well.

2) Is there another way? I see people selling PPC templates. So that means that I would host the page on my own and not at some monetization company? But where would I get the PPC feed, then?

3) Is there any other way?

4) Is there a way to park my domain with a monetization company without changing over the nameservers?

Yes, use URL forwarding eg. www dot ndparking.com/domainname. Btw your name nearly confused me because I only knew of one Monikerman on this forum who owns moniker.com!
