I own a name with the pattern CompanyProducts.com, where 'company' is a specific company, and 'products' is the product the sell.

I see many names of this type that are parked, and not owned by the company in the name, so I assume that they do not infringe on any trademarks.

Does anyone know if this has been confirmed by the resolution of any domain name disputes? Do you know of any law or decisions that are relevant? Thanks for any information you have.

NOT a good idea.
While you may see a lot of these out in the wild, those that have been confronted have almost always been decided in the "company's" favor, so you are definitely not ok.

It is blatant TM infringement.
