Do PPC companies shave clicks on parked domains?

I had a domain on adsense with some traffic. To test PPC companies i parked it on a PPC company but no. of clicks reduced to 50% of what i was getting in adsense account. I changed PPC company and parked it with other and clicks reduced to 30% !!!! Feed and lander was almost same on both companies and that was google!!! So do PPC companies shave clicks? I mean they do not show and give credit for all clicks in stats?

Yes, but that does not address the issue of dopa keeping the greater portion of the PPC.
