Phoenix is car crazy according to overture! Dozens of the top searches are car brand + phoenix. Except that they're all taken, from what i could find.

So what do you APPRAISE DODGEPHOENIX.COM for? I'm guessing it's worth a few k at a minimum!

the actual ovt search is "phoenix dodge" , in that order, ovt puts the words in alphabetical order , not in the correct search phrase order, your version is worth maybe $20-$50

You're obviously more experienced than me, bt if that were the case, it wouldn't tell you about seo canada butt rather about canada seo. I've noticed generally that unless it's an expression, people put their main keyword first and descriptions as to who/what/when/why/where after. That's why you're more likely to have searches for hotel atlanta than atlanta hotel. JMO...

Thankyou for the appraisal at any rate.

This is people searching for Dodge dealerships in Phoenix, not for some car named the Dodge Phoenix (which is what I thought at first).

Probably worth $20-$30 - certainly not anywhere near a few thousand.

IMHO 'Dodge Phoenix' is a much better name from an advertising point of view.
OVT results in 'Dodge Phoenix' no matter in which order I enter. I dont see OVT results in alphabetical order. Hence, open end user value.

nice!

Could be a TM issue as well at some point.

dodge can also be a verb as in the game of dodgeball. Kind of hard to TM a pre-existing word, or sue for it, no? Phoenix is obviously the location... Can you expand why there would be a TM issue Whitebark?

Thanks for the opinions Loko and GT. What do you appraise it at Loko?

It seems fair to me that a keyword rich domainname like 'Dodge Phoenix' is worth at least the costs of one offline advertisement campaign, probably $2500 to mid xxxx (correct me if i'm wrong) if you find the right end-user.

Perhaps someone with experience in similar DNs likes to comment?

good luck

OVT is not a good measure here really, more interesting would be how much traffic you actually get, I think the TM issue is not as critical as for other domains because phoenix is not a dodge model. I would say value is low-mid $xxx if it gets some ok traffic

Thanks again Loko. Any tips on fining end-users and selling to them?

Good point there domainah. I'll check on the traffic it gets once I park it at namedrive.

More valuations?

$xx plus TM problem if the site has any links to cars or mentions anything about cars. mentioning card in this forum was prob not a good idea also.
