I have done some work on the site and it has finally paid off. For the last 6 months, the site has averaged 1100-1200 uniques per month and is currently the first result on page 2 if you search for dodge viper on google.

This is a custom designed site with a ton of income potential. Dodge Viper owners have money and advertisers know that. There is currently $0 in recurring revenue. I am not good at promoting sites or marketing them to advertisers.

I would be willing to partner with someone on the site to develop it, or I would also be happy with selling the site outright. I would accept offers in the $5,000 - $10,000 range. Feel free to contact me for stats or other info.

Good luck with the sale, it's a good looking site. The expected price range seems a little steep though for a site earning nothing.

I can certainly appreciate having a difference of opinion about price. I understand many people want to walk into a purchase getting their capital back as quickly as possible. I have been offered $3,000, but refused that at this point.

I would also be interested in selling a up to 49% of the site to someone who is willing to develop revenue. The ideal person has a marketing and/or sales background and some motivation to make it work.
