I'm trying to manage (transfer out) a domain from Dodora, but their reg system seems to be messed up completely :veryangry
"We only accept inquiries via our support system" ... which is complaing about a missing perl script.

They're confusingly redirecting to regwls.com for domain management, but all requests fail.

Has anybody an idea whom to contact/who to proceed?

According to the new ICANN transfer policy, registrars have to provide an easy way to unlock domains. If the domain can't be unlocked, write to ICANN to complain.

See: http://www.icann.org/announcements/announcement-12jan05.htm

for more details on that policy (and sections to comment on it).

Apparently it's still a problem, with the other forums I visit reporting it too. If
worse comes to worse, notify ICANN about it.

Although their mailbot points to the (nonfunctional) support system, they're still reading their email (and answer!). All hope is not lost ... :-)
