Does anyone have a problem funding the account with paypal?

I am trying to fund my moniker account using paypal, and I always get an error message that paypal transaction has failed. I tried it with various amounts and it won't work. I have enough funds in my paypal account, it's not because of my credit card.

Anyone else experience anything similar?
