Does the appraisal forum tend to generate high or low estimates?

I'm concerned that posting my list of domains there will, if they get lowballed, affect what I can get for them.
 
post them, after you get the appraisals edit the thread and remove them

Depends on the domain and the authority of those appraising it.
 
Most likely you'll get a wide range since you'll have real humans giving the appraisals. Some will just go for resale value and others will give appraisals based on development potential.
 
Low appraisals...here...low appraisals...here...I wouldnt be too concerned about that ;)
 
I agree with the above comments - remember the approach of Rick Schwartz with regard to appraisals and valuations. The market and end-user(s) ultimately define valuation of a property (be it tangible or virtual) and that's where your bottom line is.

A quick one off: how much would you value omidyar.net at ? ;)
